DONATE BLOOD SAVE LIVES


We are planning to organize Blood Donation Camp on 17th Jan in our society.
Below are some of the statistics which encourage us to organize such events

Every year our nation requires about 4 Crore units of blood, out of which only a meager 40 Lakh units of blood are available.

Basic Requirements to donate blood

• Be in generally good health and feeling well.
• Be at least 18 years of age; upper age 60.
• Weigh at least 110 pounds (45 kg).
• Pulse: 80 to 100 beats/min and regular.
• Temperature: Should not exceed 99.5 (37.5c).
• Blood Pressure: 110/70 to 130/90
• HB : 12+
